OPERATION MONARCH

PURPOSE
The US department of Defense’s original plans to research the Mind control phenomena was to determine psychological and chemical formulas providing the US with the “perfect” espionage agent. This quickly evolved into planning the “production” of the perfect soldier… government worker…slave.
However, German SS officer/occultist Himmler’s research development scientists sent this search “for the “Manchurian Candidate” off in another direction … PSYCHOLOGICAL GENETIC ENGINEERING.
It was determined that “absolute” mind control could be realized through specific tortures of the intended transgenerational Victim …from the moment of birth!
Armed with this deadly research, a collection of “dedicated psychiatrists” from Germany, Italy, and the US, a new but ancient form of mind-control was reborn through Project Monarch.
Modern science had simply unraveled the occult cryptic so called “magikal” secrets of mind control…to spawn a new generation of “superior beings”…who could NEVER ASK WHAT THEIR COUNTRY COULD DO FOR THEM…BUT ONLY WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR THEIR COUNTRY.
HISTORY
Project Monarch is a US Defense Department code name assigned to a subsection of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Operation Artichoke later become Project MK Ultra. Whereas Project Monarch was officially dedicated sometime in the early 1960’s by the US Army. Project Monarch is a genealogical approach to define transgenerational (via genetic psychology) behavioral modification through trauma based psychological mind control.
The original documentation which spawned this project was derived from collected intensive research previously performed by top SS German Nazi scientists (1927-1941) as the result of their interest in the multigenerational affects of occult psychology as applied in the nuclear family of known pedophiles. The identified leader of this research was an SS officer by the name of Himmler.
This German government Top Secret (“BLACK ARTS”) research was originally considered to be a significant “bonus” by-product of the US Department of Defense’s Project 63 A.K.A., Project National Interest. Project 63 was dictated to the secret importation of a group of German Nazi and Italian fascists scientists. This was accomplished in 1959 so as to reunite these scientists with their captured comrades from WW II. These scientists areas of expertise were primarily physics (rocket R& D), psychiatry (mind control/Psychological Warfare), and micro biology/ pharmacology.
Although Project Monarch information has to date not been declassified as was it’s research umbrella from D.o.D. mind control studies known as project MK Ultra. It never-the-less has become a household word among a multitude of Intelligence Community operatives.
Project MK Ultra was exposed publicly in 1970 through law suits filed by Canadian survivors and/or their surviving families. These brave persons received the cooperation of Canadian Intelligence individuals and others who uncovered one of the CIA’s original mind control research mental health facilities based in Montreal, Quebec Canada. Although the CIA and Canadian government settled the lawsuits out of court so as not to be required to officially admit to any wrong doing — the secret was out.
Now, two decades later the United States and Canadian populace is beginning to feel the criminal atrocities being committed against them in the private sector as a direct result of the so-called “secret” mind control experiments.
Now, a wave of transgenerational occult mind control victims are so numerous within our general population that the US government has launched, through its vast network of CIA operatives; misinformation campaigns to cover-up this source of pure evil. One of the most prominent misinformation campaigns is targeting a supernatural source (rather than the CIA) with the justification label “spiritual warfare”… A.K.A. to Intelligence specialists as Operation Armageddon.
PROJECT MONARCH PROGRAMMING DEFINITIONS
1. ALPHA – This is considered “regular programming.” This is actually what would be considered a “base Personality” control. The original purpose of Alpha was to program (train/condition the mind through torture) of the espionage agent to perform certain difficult tasks. This program also locks in photographic memory, improves physical strength up to 5 times, and visual acuity is radically improved to 40 times normal limits, along with a host of other super-human traits. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victim’s personality, which in essence causes a left brain right brain division allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulations and you’ve got . a person who can now utilize both sides of his/her brain for any simple task.
2. BETA -This is a combination of Alpha ; “logic” programming and Beta primordial (primitive mind) sex programming. This programming eliminates learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instincts devoid of inhibitions. This training Program (usually for women) is for developing the “ultimate prostitute”…a sex machine. This is the most used (by the abusers knowledgeable of the Project Monarch) program. Children of knowledgeable persons are being preconditioned through incest and “sold” into the conspiracy for additional Beta conditioning to eventually satisfy the bizarre perversions of politicians, bankers, drug lords, or anyone deemed valuable to the conspiracy.
3. DELTA – This program was originally designed to train special agents and espionage agents’ minds for becoming fearless terrorists devoid of fear and basic self preservation instincts capable of incredible feats of physical endurance and murder. The new revised edition of Delta has pulled from the Delta program information on training the new breed of man – one who kills and, if caught, self-destructs. This program is now applied to some Beta prostitutes who double as drug mules…to protect the identity of their owners if they are caught, they die -of “natural causes.”
4. THETA -Psychic programming …the “exotic one”. But not to be confused with the paranormal phenomenon of fortune telling or future forecasting. Those are examples of a magician’s craft – while Theta psychic programming was and is the exploration of an unpredictable fact of human science. The initial results of Theta programmed subjects were inconsistent that the Theta project was virtually abandoned before its research completion date. Duke University, North Carolina, among other prominent “institutions”, devoted many years to this project with what equated to poor results. It seems that the region of the brain able of transmitting and/or receiving “mental messages” has not yet evolved to a level for dependable communication…with any predictable, reliable consistency. The Soviets, however, invested billions of dollars into their version of psychic research and claimed/proved remarkable successes. With the advances in directed energy research… Theta “psychic driving” is obsolete.
But the Theta program “head” was not dead yet. Theta couldn’t die because of the Soviet’s reported successes…it evolved into bio-medical human telemetry and directed target energy involving lasers and/or electromagnetics…the results of which were referred to as “electronic possession”. The ultimate challenge for the 21st century exorcist… providing he worked a day job-as a skilled CIA supported Neurosurgeon.
A few years ago, this programming technique involved the surgical implantation of sodium/lithium powered high frequency receiver/ transducers coupled to a multi-range discharge capacitor that when signaled by remote control would electronically stimulate designated parts of the brain to signal the victim to respond according to his/her program. These experiments were only partially successful with a high mortality and paralysis rate. However, the technical mind control equipment evolution would advance to levels well beyond the grasp of any reader. Now it seems that “implants” will eventually become as common in numbers as are the victims of trauma based psychological mind control…but non implanted ,non programmed victims will hold the largest majority…the 1990’s version of mind control requires neither implant or program…just computer driven directed energy using microwave…anybody can become a target.
THE COMPONENTS
Originally the physical components thought to be necessary to program/deprogram were rather complex and cumbersome…enough “laboratory decadence” to make Dr. Frankenstein blush. There were elaborate sound and light-proof sensory depravation isolation chambers, some using exotic suspension fluids that could mimic weightlessness. Direct current high voltage with very low amperage electroshock devices are the most important tools of the trade as the brain is electrically powered. Voltages ranged from .072 volt to 200,000 depending on application and to what part of the body it was to be administered.
There are “strap on” head and foot devices that could deliver a mind altering shock of an exact duration according to the subject’s brainwave activity and/or heartbeat. Other portable hand held stun gun type devices can deliver shock up to 200,000 volts for a variety of reasons, but primarily for instant control of the conscious mind.
A great deal of successful research and development went into the effects of harmonics or inaudible to the conscious ear sound waves that affect the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious. Harmonics generators, code named ether-wave, are capable of subconscious mind embedding detailed messages (commands linked to audible triggers). This is known as electronic programming and is a standard programming device in all forms of Project Monarch. Hence the reason many Monarch survivors (drug mules/prostitutes) recall being taken onto certain US military bases and “Freedom Ranch” a.k.a. trauma centers for “programming”.
Mind altering drugs…natural and synthetic compounds that can instantly alter certain brain/thought functions were developed from modern medical technology and from ancient witchcraft formulas.
The revised components list is not so comprehensive and obvious. For instance, a sound proofed burial casket makes a great sensory depravation chamber similar to one being used now at a Kentucky (CIA) conditioning camp”. There, Delta, Alpha, and Beta victims of this conspiracy are regularly taken by their owners for ” reconditioning ” a n d reprogramming for drug muling runs or “assignments”. Most make it out of this man-made-hell alive, some don’t…but as it is said, there’s always more where those came from. Whereas, the only other equipment components needed are devices to hang victims upside down by their ankles, cattle prods the cylinder type that are inserted deep into the vagina or rectum for a “simulated orgasm with the devil”.
High voltage (up to 200,000 volts DC) hand held law enforcement type stun guns are a must tool for the victim’s owner to erase certain memory (if used on the muscle area of the victims within 2 hours of the “to-be-forgotten” event, and to control the victim’s “insane” fits of rage if they are mistakenly triggered to perform a pre- conditioned task and they are at the moment in the “wrong personality”. The only other components the Beta owner must posses are a diary or a damn good memory of their programs, key, and a working knowledge of hypnosis. In other words, a small brief case will contain everything a Beta owner “needs” to control his slave…completely …forever.
THE FORMULA
The formula for Beta programming is the exact same as for Alpha, the only difference is that through a series of specific tortures and commands the Beta victim retreats deeper into her primitive mind and the results are a woman with a child like insatiable sexual appetite. This re- tapped sexual appetite was “developed” in her formative years through constant incest with her father figure. What begins as unbearable pain to a child’s mind quickly “switches” to an sexual desire for the very person who was abusing her…daddy. This reversal is the key to all programming -Pain becomes pleasure, up is down, etc. Hence the reason Colonel Michael Aquino, attached to the DIA, adopted the satanic philosophy of reversing everything including bad is good.
WARNING
The following information, although intended for multi- generational family abuse systems, is adequate to divide a person’s base personality for enslavement purposes, but for humanitarian reasons, I cannot publish the actual programming information, If you try this at home -you are on your own, and when our nation “wakes up”…you will become a target for prosecution.
First, slow body metabolism by reducing caloric intake say, for an average 125 lb. female 19-30 years of age to 300 per day -reduce to 0 intake of all sugar, lower protein intake accordingly, (This action will literally starve the brain into submission).
From time to time water depravation may be necessary to swell the brain by raising the temperature making memory of experienced events difficult or impossible to recall by the victim a.k.a. the “kiss and not tell syndrome”. Combine with 3 to 10 seconds-f 120,000 volts to leg or back. Vomiting and flu like symptoms will occur but memory is now hidden behind a wall of “black lightening”.
Sleep depravation – absolutely a must in preconditioning and continued maintenance for new programming. Victims must not experience more than two hours continuous uninterrupted sleep. Maximum sleep allowed 3 hours per 24 hour day. Days should be spent in heavy physical exercise to the point of constant exhaustion. This action stimulates the brain to overproduce endorphins and thus temporarily silence the logic center. This action also is responsible for reversing the brain’s functions from right to left or vice versa. Victims will respond to most any command robotically and hypnotic programming becomes a breeze.
Hanging the victims upside down for periods of time, one-two hours per day will further trick the brain into dissociation from reality and can reverse such primordial brain functions as turning pain into pleasure – up will become down – out will become in, and above all the person administering the tortures will become omnipotent in the victim’s now rearranged mind. This phenomena is likened to the Stockholm Syndrome.
Daily tortures administered should focus on any of the known victims former idiosyncrasies. This could include introducing ant into the ear canal or coverings the victim in say (harmless) spiders or snakes (rubber facsimile will work) or exposing them to loud noises (firecrackers) disguised as bombs, heated needles or toothpicks under the fingernails, even constant tickling. These idiosyncrasies then became “tortures-of-the-mind” tortures that there are no escape from. When the operator ceases torturing the victims short of death, he’s considered benevolent and “worship” by the victim will again commence …even stronger than before. The controllers voiced wishes will become instead commands to the victim and all moral decision making processes (sex, murder, etc.) totally bridged (ignored) by the “new mind” of the victim.
High voltage electroshock has multi use purposes – for Torture, left brain right brain function, reversals, and, depending on the amount of voltage administered and the location on the body, to compartmentalize programs or to set in new ones. Electroshock is also used as a “harmless” not so subtle reminder to carry out commands. High DC voltage is a key component as it, too, produces an instant euphoric state due to the increased endorphin production, coupled with the victim’s total lack of physical control.
Sensory depravation can be accomplished through hanging in conjunction with eye and ear covers – or with more elaborate sound and light proof rooms or even burial caskets. I am more familiar with specially heated salt water tanks where buoyancy accomplishes weightlessness, and fitted electroshock movement sensitive sensors are positioned on the victims to stimulate the mental sensation of loss of consciousness while wide awake and should the victims move externally, high voltage is automatically administered and the victim actually looses consciousness momentarily. This process is repeated over and over until the brain is trained to stop all external body movement from the conscious mind. Then the victim can be audibly commanded and programmed to a calendar date to perform a task:…say 50 years in the future Without even being cued by an operator…flawlessly. This program becomes a part of the primitive mind -the same one that tells the victim’s heart to beat, etc.
Death or health programs can easily be put in place and are not diffusible through conventional psychiatry without knowledge of exact keys administered by an expert psycho/hypno- therapist. I personally know of one 13 year old girl who is currently institutionalized awaiting such care due to her being locked in through the use of sophisticated harmonics equipment from birth, But US Department of Justice officials have stopped her mother (Beta victim) in their pursuit of Justice…and so goes the mother’s credibility and the needed expert mental health assistance for her child.
Now you’ve got the formula. “Try” and protect yourself from it …nobody else will.
THE VICTIMS, PAST AND PRESENT
It is “alleged”…
The first victims were captured MPD spies and dissidents from friendly and dissident nations, but unfortunately for the second group of victims, there weren’t enough caught to properly study and develop the so-called Manchurian Candidate, via psychological abuse with our country’s newly organized Project MK Ultra.
The second group, it is alleged, were bright aggressive young men who had applied to Officers Candidate School (OCS). These men took entrance exams and psychological tests, tests that revealed whether or not they would become “candidates” for Project Monarch as their entrance psychological exams revealed they were victims of child abuse.
These eager young men were allegedly told (more or less) that they couldn’t go to OCS for whatever reason but they could “volunteer” for a career in Intelligence and with their Top Secret “training” they could develop incredible super human physical and psychological abilities…with a “just sign here”.
This true but very misleading information created powerful patriotic images in their minds…they envisioned being “special” espionage agents in just a few months instead of years at OCS. 007 stuff…well, sort of anyway. They were the first volunteers! Their fates are unknown even to their families and themselves if they’re still alive.
The present day Beta victims are allegedly “recruited” a little younger than 19…BIRTH. Some (but certainly not all) by fathers who got caught sending kiddy porn through the US Mails, but most were either government or MOB connected. These “caught” fathers were more or less then blackmailed by alleged CIA agents to dedicate their child to the program in exchange for money, business favors, and protection against prosecution…these pedophiles became an honorable member of a US Government Criminal Conspiracy. The father’s were then educated at government expense on how to precondition their little girl/boy with tortures of the mind and body and with sex – which would give this child a “gift that keeps on giving” Multiple Personality Disorder – a super child.
Some more aggressive fathers would have a half dozen children and “dedicate” as many as “Uncle” wanted. Most all became affluent or rich…except the victims…The Victims of Project Monarch.
Organized crime bosses jumped in the conspiracy for the protection of their lucrative child/adult pornography business. Day Care Centers were Opened by conspiracy members for what, was dubbed a “kiddy smorgasbord”. Some conspirators got “sloppy” and used to much occult or satanic trauma for the Mind Control base on the kids and they “told”. But to no avail…as our government regards public exposure of their own human experiments as a “threat to National Security”.
West Point had Day Care Center that recently collapsed under the pressure of irate parents who themselves were students at this elite OCS school in the “free” world. The same thing happened at Presidio, California.
The government (US Army C/ID) covered it up in the name of National Security and the kids, are, in counseling now -scarred mentally for life. SO for now it looks like its going to be a return to “in home supply” and implants because it’s the American way…and father and Uncle Sam “knows best” as they say.
Note: There are many other known methods of recruiting victims for Alpha and Beta. This was just two common identified methods, among others, in professional sports. I could write a volumes on the other methods for types of Alpha victims such as “super baseball (victim) players who from time to time forget how to pitch and embarrass their owners.
Ironically enough, one of the main alleged organizers of this conspiracy is a baseball fanatic and even required two of the Beta victims he used from time to time to memorize every players batting average on four teams…this man was US Attorney General, appointed by Reagan, who resigned his post in a cloud of dishonor and is now chief legal council for our “NEW WORLD ORDER” police force…the United Nations.
THE USERS AND ABUSERS
The identity of some of the main users/abusers of Project Monarch Alpha/Beta programmed victims have been positively identified to me by survivors who existed at the top of this US Government Criminal Conspiracy literally for their entire lives. There are other victims who are simply too afraid to talk now, programmed with the “No Where to Run, No where to Hide” and/or “Who Ya” Gonna Call” CIA themes, but can and will eventually… because they’ve named their abusers from the Pentagon to the White House.
These users appear to be focusing not on recreational sex, but on drugs -billions of dollars annually in heroin/cocaine muled into the US via cruise ships, airplanes- private and commercial by Alpha Beta victims. The sale of these drugs is allegedly supporting the CIA’s illegal covert action habits. The CIA doesn’t have a “Black Budget” like the Pentagon boys…they earn theirs the “old fashion way” – by importing and selling drugs through elaborate network systems of users that the CIA has taken years to establish. They also consume a lot of their own product!
I’ve heard from victims some of the dollar amounts that were transferred via computer on just one deal that could buy a banana republic. The Beta mules stopped carrying suitcases full of cash in mid 1986 after the shift from Cuban/Jamaican suppliers went to Mexico. It has been confirmed that the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) treaty was Mexico’ s reward for their cooperation.
The abusers are really anyone the Beta victims have come in contact with…that knows what she/he is and how to activate their programmed triggers.
To name a few, there are drug lords, politicians, (federal, state, and local) corrupt law enforcement personnel, big name entertainers who themselves usually own a Beta victim or two and a host of other conspiracy members.
Victims are traded among members like livestock. When they reach 30 years of age they are many times used in snuff porn movies, or what is termed “thrown from the Freedom Train.” The abusers are too numerous to mention here, but in the reports previously disseminated, were named – many on the Washington, DC level, and hopefully will become visible media targets once myself and concerned others wake up the populace with the well hidden truth.
THE FUTURE
Psychological mind control techniques, formulas and equipment, unlike nuclear weapon systems, can be reproduced without exotic and expensive component systems…in the privacy of one’s own home by virtually any one with average intelligence, a little information, and no conscience tie. criminals). Mind Control Out Of Control is just as lethal as nuclear war byproducts, however through genetically engineering psychology…the “evil” seed is passed on generation to generation.
Trauma based mind control, also aptly termed “white slavery” for the CHOSEN ONES IN THE 21ST Century will be predictably the largest “cottage industry” in terms of illicit profits, death, and destruction of innocent victims…unless the trend is stopped and those responsible in government and the private sector are punished and the survivors/victims given qualified rehabilitative psychiatric care.
The US now has nuclear regulatory agencies which exercise caution as to who can even build nuclear weapons, power plants, x- ray machines, or even smoke detectors. But not for Mind Control – thanks to the same US government corrupt officials…it’s out of control.
The results of which are showing up everywhere. Multiple Personality Disordered persons are now common place – whereas before 1980 it was one of the rarest diagnosed psychiatric disorders…from 200 cases to 24,000. Which could mean a bare minimum over 250,000 undiagnosed programmed MPDs walking around waiting to explode with rage as serial killers, child abusers, etc. etc. etc., against the society that protects a few US government criminal conspirators -why?
While we’re waiting for the answer, another child is being raped, most likely by the very person biologically designed to protect them…their father. So in a few years – he can put a notice in his computer bulletin board…”Beta trained child for sale…Best offer…will trade for business of equal value.”
THE FUTURE?
PROJECT MONARCH ALPHA, BETA PROGRAMMED VICTIM/ SURVIVOR IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
1. Victim majority is female (71%).
2. Victims are Multiple Personality Disordered (100%).
3. Victims/survivors have (or are) participated in commercially and privately produced/sold legal and illegal pornography. (100%) interviewed). This pornography is often the “underground variety” of bestiality, child/adult, child/child, adult/infant, sado-masochistic, satanic/occult films and videos, magazines, and still photographs.
4. Older victims were frequently tattooed for easy identification with a “so-called” Blue or other colored MONARCH butterfly. This practice became more or less obsolete in the early 1970’s and was replaced by the victim wearing butterfly hair barrettes, large butterfly ear rings, pins, necklaces, bracelets, or embroidered insignias to “advertise” their art of expertise to knowledgeable abusers. This rule applies to 100% of the victims interviewed.
5. ALL MONARCH survivors were victims of brutal sexual child abuse. Programmed survivors have been found to be multi- generational incest victims whose genealogy can be traced to either Catholicism, Mormonism, and/or members of US Intelligence Communities.
6. Many victims are frequently determined to have been the natural or adopted children of multi-generational Satanist or in some cases “renegade witchcraft” occult groups.
7. Survivors once in therapy are always adjusted to possess homicidal and/or suicidal ideations which only recently has been determined to be as a result of sophisticated trauma base psychological programming.
8. Victims almost always possess multiple electric prod (stun gun) scars and/or the resultant moles in the muscled areas of the back, arms, neck and thighs. Some victims are also (in addition to) vaginally mutilated through “body piercing” (rings placed in nipples, vaginal lips, or clitoris) or through actually elaborated carving the vaginal area. Also, scars from branding irons or knives throughout the body will depict pentagrams, animals, crosses, even certain cartoon characters. There is also a group that “forces” moles through electric shock and/or chemical application to the neck and face to further identify to abusers the victim’s training/programming.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

After five years of investigations, a cause has been determined for Yunnan Sudden Death Syndrome in China. This mystery syndrome has taken 400 lives.

On July 13, 2010, Yahoo News reported that every summer at the peak of the wet season, numerous people in the province of Yunnan, located in southwestern China, would suddenly pass away of cardiac arrest. China: Floods 8 July 2009

 Torrential rains and floods in southern and central China have left at least 75 people dead, 13 missing, 938,000

evacuated, 39,372 million affected in 12 provinces. Up to 101,000 houses have collapsed and the direct

estimated economic loss is CHF 2.07 billion (CNY 13.02 billion) as of 5 July. The downpours have destroyed

houses, flooded crops, cut power, damaged roads and caused rivers to overflow.

The 12 provinces affected by the torrential rains and floods including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei,

Hunan, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Fujian. Jiangxi, Guangxi and Hunan are the three

most affected.

In Jiangxi, the heavy rains since 30 June caused five deaths, 230,000 evacuations, 35,000 collapsed houses,

lost power in 200,000 households, damaged approximately 200,000 hectares of farmland, and up to 3 million

people affected in 61 counties and 616 townships.

In Guangxi, 3.69 million people in nine cities and 63 prefectures have been affected by the flood, which is the

biggest since 1996. Up to 328,400 people were relocated because of the rainstorms, more than 35,000 homes

collapsed and 158,780 hectares of crops were damaged. In the tourist city of Guilin, traffic on 38 highways wascut off as the highways were damaged by rain.

The theory and practice of acoustic agglomeration have been evolving steadily including advances in fields such as pollution control using the principles of acoustic agglomeration. With respect to the field of meteorology, there have been attempts in the past to modify atmospheric fogs using intense acoustic energy. These efforts enjoyed only mixed success and were abandoned. However, the theory of acoustic agglomeration suggests that clouds with higher liquid water contents and greater number concentrations than fogs may be more sensitive to acoustic waves and may undergo significant changes in their spectra when acoustic energy is propagated through them. Thus, the application of the principles of acoustic agglomeration to the study of atmospheric phenomena may provide insight to the effect of thunder on cloud and precipitation processes as well as providing the basis for a new technology in weather modification. In this thesis the theory of acoustic agglomeration is described and a one-droplet model is develped to study the effects of acoustic waves on cloud droplets. A stochastic model used to predict changes in cloud droplet spectra due to gravitational sedimentation is modified to simulate the application of acoustic energy to various cloud volumes. The results are discussed and suggestions are made for further study of the phenomenon.

Political players from all sides, including President Barack Obama have joined the fray, attempting to prove themselves the superior “anti-terrorist”, or the better “commemorator of 9/11, when 3,000 people were killed by Muslim terrorists”. The right-wing is going berserk, gleefully. Heated arguments have exploded around religion, tolerance, democracy, etc.—everything except the only fact that matters: 9/11 was a false flag operation, courtesy of the Bush-Cheney administration, carried out by an elite consensus, in order to justify the “war on terrorism”, and everything that came with it. New “Al-Qaeda” mastermind named In recent weeks, mainstream corporate news headlines have exploded with the “revelation” that “Al-Qaeda” has a new leader of global operations “in charge of planning future attacks”: Adnan Shukrijumah According to Miami-based FBI counterterrorism agent Greg LeBlanc, whose Associated Press interview in early August is the single source for the new spate of repeated headlines, Shukrijumah is alleged to be a 15-year resident of the US “intimately familiar with American society”, and is the son of a Muslim cleric trained in Saudi Arabia. He have lived in Miramar, Florida before joining terror training camps in Afghanistan in the 1990s, in order to fight the persecution of Muslims in Bosnia, Chechnya and elsewhere. Tagged by LeBlanc as the successor to his former boss Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), and taking orders directly from Osama bin Laden. A clip of Shukrijumah posted by the FBI is gibberish. There is nothing new about the Shukrijumah narrative. It is an intelligence “legend” years in the making. Chaim Kupferberg, whose classic analysis of post-9/11 “terror” propaganda (Part 1 and  Part Two) are definitive, offered the following thoughts on Shukrijumah in 2004 in a piece titled The “Official” Operative Clique for the Next 9/11. To quote Kupferberg at length [my emphasis in bold]: “I’m sure many of you out there are noticing a unified narrative taking shape in advance of the next expected attack. In calibrated drips and dollops, the mainstream media, in partnership with the 9/11 panel, are laying the evidentiary trail pointing to the next “Atta” and his insular cell, which apparently already seems to be “in place” stateside. “Having no access at all to any insider reports, one can almost foretell the Official Legend that will follow in the wake of this clique’s first big explosion into the public consciousness – just by reading the mainstream news. “Certainly, three of these major operatives – Adnan Shukrijumah, Abderrouf Jdey, and Aafia Siddiqui – are already being linked together. But Shukrijumah and Jdey are the ones to watch, for they are being intimately seeded into the Padilla/dirty bomb and Ahmed Ressam/Canadian clique/West Coast threads of 9/11. “Recently, Shukrijumah was mentioned as the guy likely doing surveillance of the New York buildings in the latest terror alert. But that was supposed to be old information. I suspect this is the case due to three items: the bulletin last May that alerted the public to Shukrijumah, Jdey, Siddiqui, Gahdan, el-Maati, and others; a reported sighting the next day of Shukrijumah and Jdey at a Denny’s in Colorado (they stated that they were “from Iran” and were en route to the West Coast from New York); the release, two weeks later, of the official 9/11 staff report that now placed Jdey (in cahoots with Moussaoui) as an original member of an aborted 9/11 “second wave” attack on the West Coast; and a reported sighting of Shukrijumah at a nuclear research facility in Ontario (while el-Maati had previously been reported casing nuclear facilities near Ottawa). “…Shukrijumah (aka “the next Atta”) apparently seems to be threaded into the 1993 bomb plots by way of his father’s connection to Clement Hampton-El. But more strangely, it seems that Shukrijumah will make his way into the Oklahoma City Bomb thread by way of his Florida connection with “dirty bomb” guy Jose Padilla. To shore up the Oklahoma thread, we also have the Zarqawi/Moussaoui/ Nick Berg connection. “But let’s step back and take a stab at guessing at what is happening here. The new legends will be used to strengthen the foundations of the old ones. In parallel to the official account, however, the existing counter-legends will also be beefed up. In short, the narratives are getting all too muddled with the growing interlinking chains. The growing complexity of these new interlinking legends will operate to turn off a good portion of those who might be seriously interested in examining the truth behind 9/11. “And what of the rest of us? Will we be locked in a never-ending cycle of polarized argument – with each of us picking his favorite conspiracy thread? How many of us will look at Shukrijumah and see the fingerprints of Iran? How many of us will look at the Canadian clique and sense the hand of Syria behind it all? And if they find that the next operation was pulled off with forged New Zealand passports, how many of us will dig up the newspaper account of the Mossad/ New Zealand passport scandal and go ‘Aha! Once again the Israelis!’ And what about the anthrax thread? In recent months, a writer by the name of Ross Getman has been posting accounts that read like excerpts from a future Official 9/11 Sequel Report. Going by Getman’s writings, it would appear that a possible Boston connection would involve anthrax by way of Aafia Siddiqui’s connection to Brandeis University and its anthrax facility. Also note that a first sighting of Shukrijumah and Jdey a year ago occurred in Maine, where they were spotted driving with a Massachusetts license plate. So, to sum up: Shukrijumah seems to be part of a “dirty bomb” or radiological thread, while Siddiqui seems to be part of an anthrax thread. Perhaps the Shukrijumah/Jdey/Siddiqui clique is planning a bi-coastal attack involving radiological materials (or perhaps an attack on a nuclear facility) and a simultaneous attack involving anthrax. Shukrijumah has been marketed as an “Atta-level” pilot. “Whatever the case, a definite evidentiary trail seems to be clearly laid so as to give the impression of the dots connecting up. Shukrijumah was also spotted recently in the Honduras, but I wouldn’t give that one much credence. The Denny’s item seems the most likely to be resurrected post-facto as an example of institutional incompetence and blindess. Perhaps the Honduras item was meant to give the impression that Shukrijumah was not yet in the U.S. “…In the aftermath of this next one, there will be those who will point to new instances of incompetence and blindness – who will say that the dots couldn’t be connected. Hopefully, perhaps none of the above will ever come to pass. Perhaps Shukrijumah, Jdey, and Siddiqui will never make their “historical” mark – and we’ve all been treated to nothing more than a cunningly orchestrated campaign of fear-mongering by the government. “Whatever the case, it seems that a very clear narrative – with accompanying threads – is being built up for potential use. In the event this particular chapter of the narrative ever goes “operational” … well, at least you’ll all know that the mainstream media had put the dots in place beforehand.” In the years since Kupferberg’s dead-on prediction, Shukrijumah has indeed “emerged” gradually. Attorney General John Ashcroft labeled Shukrijumah a “clear and present danger” in 2004. In 2009, authorities named Shukrijumah as a co-conspirator in the highly questionable New York subway bomb plot. Shukrijumah has over the years been picked up as a cause célèbre by right-wing hacks such as Michelle Malkin, and the infamous Gerald Posner, who has built an entire malodorous career helping cover-up government crimes as a favored “anti-conspiracy” media shill. There are many reasons for Shukrijumah to explode to official prominence now. President Barack Obama has declared an end to “combat operations in Iraq”, while maintaining the permanent US military presence in the country and a continuous “anti-terror” operation against “Al-Qaeda” in Iraq. The administration shift forces to Afghanistan, and continue to ramping up its long-promised goal of escalating  the “war on terrorism” throughout Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc., With this in the works, along with congressional mid-term elections looming in the fall, all of Washington, from the White House and the FBI to the congressional nominees are refreshing the “terrorism” pretext. It should be noted that no analysis was done by the various media organs to corroborate the details of LeBlanc’s story before it was repeated verbatim across the media. LeBlanc has also not been vetted as a credible, unbiased source. Whether Shukrijumah is a intelligence “legend”, a low-level intelligence asset, or the “mastermind” that FBI agent LeBlanc claims, the discussion still collapses when viewed against the backdrop of known historical and post-9/11 fact. “Terrorism” is still a red herring.    As amply documented over the years by Michel Chossudovsky and others, “Islamic terrorism”, including “Al-Qaeda”, the Taliban, etc. are assets of the CIA a myth designed to obscure a vast covert operation and war plan. The “Militant Islamic Network” was created by the CIA, and has continued to operate on behalf of Anglo-American military-intelligence interests. “Terrorists” were key Washington CIA assets during the wars in Kosovo, Chechnya, etc.. Shukrijumah’s boss, Osama bin Laden is a product of the CIA, is a military-intelligence asset who may be dead, or a myth. Covert Action Quarterly featured the following summation box in many of its post-9/11 issues: “9/11 cover-up continues: *Carter administration=CIA-Islamists of Afghanistan *Carter administration=CIA=Islamists of Iran *al-Qaeda=Saudi=CIA-=Reagan administration collaborations in Afghanistan and Sudan *al-Qaeda=CIA=Clinton administration collaborations in Albania, Algeria, Bosnia, Chechnya, Iraq, Libya, Sudan” We can now add to this: *Bush/Cheney and Obama administrations=CIA=Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan Put succinctly by Mike Ruppert in Crossing the Rubicon:  “Given the degree of documented intelligence penetration of  al Qaeda; the fact that Osama bin Laden had been a CIA asset during the first Afghan conflict against the Soviets; the fact that a number of the so-called hijackers and/or al Qaeda members had been trained in CIA training camps in Chechnya; had fought in CIA/US-sponsored guerrilla conflicts (e.g. in Kosovo with the KLA in 2000), or had received military training at US installations; given all that, it is reasonable to assume that one or more top al Qaeda officials were in fact double or triple agents. They worked to further an agenda originating out of Washington, strongly influenced by Tel Aviv, rather than out of some ill-defined Muslim hatred of the US. In this class I would include people like Khalid Sheikh Muhammad (KSM), Ramzi bin al-Shibh, and Mohammad Atta.”  “…In covert operations, the best kind of an asset is one that has no idea who is really “running” him. That is not to say that I don’t believe there are terrorists out there who would do any kind of damage they possibly could to the United States. Even if there weren’t any before 9/11 (and there were), the US has gone out of its way to create animosity against this country that is in full flower all over the globe. What is clear is that the government’s assertions that 19 hijackers, funded from caves in Afghanistan, were able to excecute what happened on September 11th is beyond ludicrous. It is also that case that the government has never proven to anybody by any standard other than that used by Randolph Hearst.”  What about Shukrijumah’s link to the  New York subway bomb plot? That incident has been linked to Jaish-e-Muhammad, a CIA front. Therefore, any Shukrijumah connection to this event also points to way to the CIA. It is amusing that a USA Today article about Shukrijumah notes how the hunt for “Al-Qaeda” always comes back to Florida. If the writer of this piece had truly dug into Florida’s long history of covert operations, dirty politics (the Bushes), narcotrafficking, etc. the writer would not have to ask why. Investigative journalist Dan Hopsicker exposed the Florida links to the so-called 9/11 hijackers, including their military training, and connections to Floridians with military-intelligence and the Bush family, in a series of articles, and in the video Mohammad Atta and the Venice Flying Circus. From a propaganda perspective, placing Shukrijumah into this same framework simply makes sense, as Kupferberg notes. According to Shukrijumah’s mother, her son is “not a mastermind, but a nice boy” who last contacted her right after 9/11, allegedly from Afghanistan. If Shukrijumah’s radicalization was triggered by 9/11 itself, one could argue that (assuming that he is a real terrorist) he is yet another by-product of Bush/Cheney’s violence. The Big Lie redux   Both the “Ground Zero mosque” and Shukrijumah stories have gone “viral”. The noise surrounding both is certain to be even more deafening, even more outrageous, as election season intensifies, and Obama ramps up its war. Another anniversary of 9/11 approaches, complete with tear-soaked howling over the official lies.   The “terror” threat—perpetual fear of a fabricated outside enemy— is central to Anglo-American geostrategy. It is being strenuously nurtured. Insanity continues to prevail. “Al-Qaeda” the eternal covert operation and propaganda apparatus, is being given yet another new boogeyman’s face. All issues surrounding the 9/11 still set off paroxysms of fear, rage, hatred, and violence, nearly a decade later. The militant public embrace of “war on terrorism” lies underscores how that the 9/11 false flag operation has succeeded beyond the wildest dreams of the Anglo-American war criminals who orchestrated it. The American populace supports the most pernicious 9/11 myths. It is being played like a fiddle. It is being “run” as effectively as any military-intelligence asset.

Tens of millions of innocent, unsuspecting Americans, who are mired deeply in the mental “health” system, have actually been made crazy by the use of or the withdrawal from commonly-prescribed, brain-altering, brain-disabling, indeed brain-damaging psychiatric drugs that have been, for many decades, cavalierly handed out like candy – often in untested and therefore unapproved combinations of drugs – to trusting and unaware patients by equally unaware but well-intentioned physicians who have been under the mesmerizing influence of slick and obscenely profitable psychopharmaceutical drug companies aka, BigPharma.

That is the conclusion of two books by investigative journalist and health science writer Robert Whitaker. His first book, entitled Mad in America: Bad Science, Bad Medicine and the Enduring Mistreatment of the Mentally Ill noted that there has been a 600% increase (since Thorazine was introduced in the US in the mid-1950s) in the total and permanent disabilities of millions of psychiatric drug-takers. This uniquely First World mental ill health epidemic has resulted in the life-long taxpayer-supported disabilities of rapidly increasing numbers of psychiatric patients who are now unable to be happy, productive, taxpaying members of society. Whitaker has done a powerful, albeit unwelcome job of presenting previously hidden, but very convincing evidence to support his thesis, that it is the drugs and not the diagnosis that is causing the epidemic of mental illness disability. Many open-minded physicians and many aware psychiatric patients are now motivated to be wary of any and all synthetic chemicals that can cross the blood/brain barrier because all of them are capable of altering the brain in ways totally unknown to medical science, especially when the patients are taking the drugs long-term..

In Whitaker’s second book Anatomy of an Epidemic: Magic Bullets, Psychiatric Drugs, and the Astonishing Rise of Mental Illness in America, he goes much further in advancing this sobering reality. He documents the history of the powerful forces behind the relatively new field of psychopharmacology and its major shaper and beneficiary, BigPharma. Psychiatric drugs, whose developers, marketers and salespersons are all in the employ of the giant drug companies, are far more dangerous than the drug and psychiatric industries are willing to admit: These drugs, it turns our, are fully capable of disabling – often permanently – body, brain and spirit.

More evidence to support Whitaker’s well-documented claims are laid out in two important new books written by psychiatrist and scholar Grace Jackson. Jackson did a beautiful job of researching and documenting, from the voluminous basic neuroscience research (which is uniformly ignored by the clinical sciences) the unintended and often disastrous consequences of the chronic ingestion of any of the five major classes of psychiatric drugs. Her second and most powerful book: Drug-Induced Dementia: A Perfect Crime, proves beyond a shadow of a doubt, that any of the five classes of drugs that are commonly used in psychiatric patients (antidepressants, antipsychotics, psychostimulants, tranquilizers and anti-seizure/”mood-stabilizer” drugs) have shown microscopic, macroscopic, biochemical, clinical and/or radiological evidence of brain shrinkage and other signs of brain damage, which can result in clinically-diagnosable, permanent dementia, premature death and a variety of other related brain disorders that can mimic mental illnesses. Jackson’s first book, Rethinking Psychiatric Drugs: A Guide for Informed Consent was an equally sobering book warning about the many hidden dangers of psychiatric drugs.

This sad truth is that the seemingly knee-jerk prescribing (without very much information being given to patients about the long list of serious long-term adverse effects) of potent and often addicting/dependency-inducing psychiatric drugs has become the standard of care in American psychiatry since the introduction of the so-called anti-schizophrenic “miracle” drug Thorazine in the mid-1950s. (Thorazine was the offending drug that all of Jack Nicholson’s fellow patients were coerced into taking at “medication time” in the Academy Award-winning movie “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”.) Thorazine and all the other “me-too” early antipsychotic drugs are now universally known to have been an iatrogenic (= doctor or other treatment-caused) disaster because of their serious long-term, initially unsuspected, brain-damaging effects that resulted in a number of incurable neurological disorders such as tardive dyskinesia and Parkinson’s disease.

Thorazine and all the other knock-off drugs like Prolixin, Mellaril, Navane. etc, are synthetic “tricyclic” chemical compounds similar in molecular structure to the tricyclic “antidepressants” like imipramine and the similarly toxic, obesity-inducing, diabetogenic, “atypical” anti-schizophrenic drugs like Clozaril, Zyprexa and Seroquel.

Thorazine, incidentally, was originally developed in Europe as an industrial dye. That doesn’t sound so good although it may not be so unusual in the closely related fields of psychopharmcology and the chemical industry, especially when one considers that Depakote, a popular drug marketed initially as an anti-epilepsy drug but now is being heavily used as a so-called “mood stabilizer”. Depakote, known to be a hepatotoxin and renal toxin, was originally developed as an industrial solvent capable of dissolving fat – including, presumably, the fatty tissue in human livers and brains.

Some sympathy and understanding needs to be generated for the various victims of BigPharma’s compulsive drive to expand market share and ”shareholder value” (share price, dividends and the next quarter’s financial report) by whatever means necessary. Both the prescribers and the swallowers of BigPharma’s drugs have succumbed to BigPharma’s cunning marketing campaigns, the prescribers having been seduced by attractive drug company representatives and their “pens, pizzas and post-it note” freebies in the office, and the patients being brain-washed by the inane and unbelievable (if one has intact critical thinking skills) commercials on TV that quickly gloss over the lethal adverse effects in the fine print while urging the watcher to “ask your doctor” about the latest unaffordable wannabe blockbuster drug..

For a quick overview of these issues, I recommend that everybody with an open mind read a long essay written by Whitaker that persuasively identifies the source of America’s epidemic of mental illness disability (a phenomenon that doesn’t exist in Third World nations because costly psych drugs are not prescribed so cavalierly as in the US).

Whitaker and Jackson (among a number of other ground-breaking and whistle-blowing authors who have been essentially black-listed by the mainstream media and mainstream medical journals) have proven to most critically-thinking scientists, alternative practitioners and assorted “psychiatric survivors” that it is the drugs – and not the so-called “disorders” – that are causing our nation’s epidemic of mental illness disability. After reading and studying all these inconvenient truths, mental health practitioners must consider the medicolegal implications for them, especially if the information is ignored or if the information is dismissed out of hand by practitioners who might be tempted to not take the time to study this new information. Those people who are hearing about this for the first time need to pass the word on to others, especially their prescribing healthcare practitioners who should be equally concerned. This is important because the opinion leaders in the highly influential (for good or ill) psychiatric and medical industries have been marketed into submission without hearing the all the facts (which may have been intentionally hidden from them. If that is the case, they cannot be automatically blamed for. proceeding in a practice that some day might represent malpractice. It shouldn’t have to be pointed out that is the solemn duty of ethical practitioners who are in positions of authority to fully examine potential malpractice issues and then warn others, especially their patients, of the dangers.

Sadly, it must be admitted that most of the over-worked, double-booked care-givers in medical clinics have not yet heard the news that most if not all of the brain-altering synthetic chemicals known as psychotropic drugs (which are treated as hazardous waste unless they are packaged in a swallowable capsule!) have been marketed as safe and effective – but only for short-term use. The captains of the drug industry know that the psychotropic drugs that they present for the FDA-approval have only been tested in animal trials for days and in clinical trials for 6 weeks. They also know – indeed they hope – that patients will be taking their drugs for years (despite no long-term trials proving safety and efficacy) as the only “treatment” for mental ill health. They know that their brain-altering drugs are also dependency-inducing (aka addicting, causing withdrawal symptoms when stopped), neurotoxic and increasingly ineffective (a la “Prozac Poop-out”) as time goes by.

The truth is that the people diagnosed as “mentally ill” for life are often simply those unfortunates who find themselves in acute or chronic states of crisis or “overwhelm” due to any number of preventable, curable and treatable (without the use of drugs) bad luck accidents such as poverty, abuse, violence, torture, homelessness, discrimination, underemployment, brain malnutrition, addictions/withdrawal, brain damage from electroshock “therapy” and/or exposure to neurotoxic chemicals in their food, air, water or prescription bottles.

Those labeled as the “mentally ill” are just like us “normals” who have not yet decompensated because of some yet-to-happen, crisis-inducing, overwhelming (however temporary) life situation. And thus we have not yet been given a billable code number (accompanied by the seemingly obligatory – and unaffordable – drug prescription or two signifying we are now chronically mentally ill. Unlabeled, we are likely to remain off prescription drugs but with a label and in “the system”, it is hard to “just say no to drugs.”

The victims of hopelessness-generating situations like simple bad luck, bad circumstances, bad company, bad choices, bad government, big business, and a competitive society that generates a few winners but mostly losers. America tolerates, indeed celebrates, punitive and thus fear-inducing social systems resembling in many ways the infamous police state realities of 20th century European totalitarianism, where people who were different or just dissidents were thought to be abnormal and therefore “disappeared” into insane asylums, jails or concentration camps without just cause or competent legal defense. And many of them were and are drugged with disabling psychoactive chemicals against their will.

The truth is that most, if not all, of BigPharma’s psychotropic drugs are lethal at some dosage level (the LD50, the lethal dose that kills 50% of lab animals, is calculated before efficacy testing is done), and therefore the drugs must be regarded as dangerous. The chronic use of these drugs is a major cause of cognitive disorders, brain damage, loss of creativity, loss of spirituality, loss of empathy, loss of energy, loss of strength, fatigue and tiredness, permanent disability and a multitude of metabolic adverse effects that can readily sicken the body, brain and soul by causing insomnia or somnolence, increased depression or anxiety, delusions, psychoses, paranoia, mania, etc. So before filling the prescription, it is advisable to read the product insert labeling under WARNINGS, PRECAUTIONS, ADVERSE EFFECTS, CONTRAINDICATIONS, TOXICOLOGY, OVERDOSAGE and the ever-present BLACK BOX WARNINGS ABOUT SUICIDALITY.

Long-term, high dosage or combination psychotropic drug usage could be regarded as a chemically traumatic brain injury (TBI) or, as drugs like Thorazine were known in the 1950s and 60s, a “chemical lobotomy”. That is a useful way to conceptualize this serious issue, because such chemically brain-altered patients are often indistinguishable from those who have suffered a physically traumatic brain injuries or been subjected to ice-pick lobotomies which were popular in the 1940s and 50s – before the drugs came on the market.

America has a mental ill health epidemic on its hands that is grossly misunderstood because it is worsening, not by the supposed disease progression, but because of the neurotoxic, non-curative drugs that are somehow regarded as first-line “treatment.”

Dr. Kohls is a family physician who, until his retirement in 2008, practiced holistic mental health care. “Contemporary America is often described—especially by the young—as a reactionary country. But in the opinion of Zbigniew Brzezinski, professor of government at Columbia University, the only revolution worth talking about these days is an American one—and it has not been run by the New Left. Brzezinski calls it the technetronic revolution. In Between Two Ages he discusses the repercussions of rapid change from an industrial era—with its emphasis on sheer productivity—to a period that stresses services, automation and cybernetics. Being that rarity among futurists, a cautious man, Brzezinski is not sure if utopia or bedlam will result. Meanwhile, between two ages is a time of uncertainty and some guarded hope.

Whatever military and political reverses it may have suffered, the U.S. is plunging ahead in the realm of technology and dragging the rest of the world with it. Such progress—if that is what it is—largely results from the fact that the U.S. spends more on scientific education and research than any other nation; it has indeed drained the world of the brains needed for its technical endeavors. “What makes America unique in our time,” Brzezinski writes, “is that confrontation with the new is part of the daily American experience. For better or for worse, the rest of the world learns what is in store for it by observing what happens in the United States: whether it be the latest scientific discoveries in space and medicine or the electric toothbrush in the bathroom; pop art or LSD; air conditioning or air pollution; old-age problems or juvenile delinquency.”

Polish-born Brzezinski has something of the pride of an adopted son in such achievements, though he recognizes that in some ways the U.S. is its own worst enemy. For the technetronic revolution it exports causes profound disturbances in the less developed nations. Suddenly aware of material progress, they conspicuously and maddeningly lack the means to achieve it. Their acute frustration causes not a revolution in rising expectations, says Brzezinski, but a “specter of insatiable aspirations.”

Just as the technetronic revolution has further divided rich from poor nations, so is it beginning to fracture the nation-state. But the result of the breakup is not likely to lead to One World. Brzezinski amends Marshall Mc-Luhan’s thesis that the world is shrinking into a “global village.” A village implies shared tradition and intimacy. Today’s technetronic world resembles rather a “global city—a nervous, agitated, tense, and fragmented web of interdependent relations.” To recover some sense of identity, people are desperately turning back to their origins in race or region.

Flood of Technocrats. The New American Revolution, according to Brzezinski, is also fragmenting the mind of man. More than ever before, society is rigidly divided between those who think and those who feel. On the one side are the quiet, methodical technocrats who run the new machines pretty much without questioning their aims.On the other are the emotionalists, who have rebelled against the dehumanization of computer society.

Brzezinski harbors a good deal of contempt for what he calls the “new class” of alienated students and those intellectuals of the “Violent Left” who feel superfluous to society and for that reason want to bring the whole thing down. Paradoxically, he fears fellow technocrats even more than the New Left. Goaded mercilessly from the left, often deficient in traditional humanitarian values, a New Right of technocrats might eventually seize power. Unlike the left, they would know how to use it. To forestall such a disaster, Brzezinski strives for a formula that will fuse together the divided halves of the American soul. Lacking confidence in liberalism—partly because it lacks confidence in itself—Brzezinski proposes a kind of participatory democracy in which government, private business and the academic world join hands to solve the nation’s social problems.

This limited solution, not so very different from a number of New Left panaceas, scarcely bears the weight of Brzezinski’s earlier complaint. Like so many analysts, he is better at stating the problem thin supplying an answer. But, as he sees it, the problem may just turn out to be the answer. For if the miracles of technology have fragmented the world, they have made man more humble in the face of his own awesome creations. As Brzezinski suggests, man can no longer subscribe to one all-encompassing ideology; he must tolerate the existence of several world views. Between Two Ages is rich in respect for variety. Proposing neither to predict nor control the future, Brzezinski brilliantly explores some of its options and suggests that they can perhaps be lived with. These days that is a comforting view.

Global military operations are coordinated out of US Strategic Command Headquarters (USSTRATCOM) at the Offutt Air Force base in Nebraska, in liaison with the regional commands of the unified combatant commands (e.g.. US Central Command  in Florida, which is responsible for the Middle East-Central Asian region, See map below)  as well as coalition command units in Israel, Turkey, the Persian Gulf and the Diego Garcia military base in the Indian Ocean.  Military planning and decision making at a country level by individual allies of US-NATO as well as “partner nations” is integrated into a global military design including the weaponization of space.

Under its new mandate, USSTRATCOM has a responsibility for “overseeing a global strike plan” consisting of both conventional and nuclear weapons. In military jargon, it is slated to play the role of “a global integrator charged with the missions of Space Operations; Information Operations; Integrated Missile Defense; Global Command & Control; Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance; Global Strike; and Strategic Deterrence…. ”

USSTRATCOM’s responsibilities include: “leading, planning, & executing strategic deterrence operations” at a global level, “synchronizing global missile defense plans and operations”, “synchronizing regional combat plans”, etc. USSTRATCOM is the lead agency in the coordination of modern warfare.  

In January 2005, at the outset of the military deployment and build-up directed against Iran, USSTRATCOM was identified as “the lead Combatant Command for integration and synchronization of DoD-wide efforts in combating weapons of mass destruction.” (Michel Chossudovsky, Nuclear War against Iran, Global Research, January 3, 2006).

What this means is that the coordination of a large scale attack on Iran, including the various scenarios of escalation in and beyond the broader Middle East Central Asian region would be coordinated by USSTRATCOM.

The professor says that the contradictions between openness and fundamentalism are not geographic in nature as such things as religious and political fundamentalism happen in all countries, even in the United States. However, the researcher points out that the historical perspective, saying that religious fundamentalism is a modern issue and not a legacy of the past.

Also, the professor noted that, while the United States is currently the world hegemony, it often fails to establish control over particular regions even in the Western hemisphere. And the United States’ interest in global dominance has eventually led to the rise of fundamentalism, which had often been overlooked by the US politicians and analysts.
